He was predeceased by: his wife Cecilia Y. Morales; his grandson Jose "Joey" Morales; his parents, Jose Tiburcio Morales and Emilia Perez Morales; and his sisters, Belen (Ramon) of Tarazon, Rosario Morales and Cecilia (Manuel) of Ruiz.

He is survived by: his sons, Jose "Joey" Morales (Lilian), Mark Morales and Juan Carlos Morales; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Araceli, Carmen, Gloria, Carlitos, Miles and Micky James; his great grandchild Ayana; and his sisters, Silvia Morales and Maria Jesus Morales. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson (2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Santa Cruz Catholic Church (1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713).
