He is survived by: his wife Margarita "Margie" Mortimer; his brother George Mortimer (Catherine Crandall); his children, Tara Mortimer (John Brooks), Erina Mortimer (Monica Barrio) and Steven Mortimer; his grandsons, Richard Silva (Hannah Silva), Anthony Silva and John Clay; and his great grandchildren, Rocky and Vallie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
