He was predeceased by: his wife Adelaida Rodriguez; his son Juan Maria Rodriguez; and his granddaughter Alma Arvizu. He is survived by: his children, Manuelita Cecena, Petra Rodriguez, Luz Rodriguez, Elvira Rodriguez, Francisca Salazar, Mario Rodriguez and Ruben Rodriguez. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
