She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Swanson and Margaret Banwell Swanson. She is survived by: her husband Scott Lewis; her children, Tim Lewis (Stacy), Nora Brady (Jason), Trent Lewis and Colin Lewis (Younkyoung); her grandchild Madison Sundholm; her children, Brody, Parker, Reese Lewis, Jayden (Valentina), Spencer, Ryder, Hayes, Nash, Vera Brady and Ruby Lewis; and her siblings, Julie Balding, Maggie Jones, Sue Dimmitt and Rich Swanson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kate's name to the Gary Sinise Foundation, an organization that supports our nation's wounded and fallen soldiers, a cause that was very close to her heart.
