She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tobin and Patricia Tobin of Springfield. She is survived by: her friend Sonya; her mother-in-law Mary; her husband Don Carter; her stepson Nick; her siblings, Sharon Callahan (Robert), Nancy Netherton (Phil), Ed Tobin, Jacqui Tobin, Tim Tobin and Colin Tobin; her aunt Sheila Little (Tobin); and her cousins, Greg Little, Karen Dembrowski and Glenn Jensen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Peppi's House Inpatient Hospice.
