She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hammerquist and Grace Hammerquist (Lobdell) of Caputa, SD.; her siblings, Janet MacKrell (Robert) and Carroll Hammerquist; and her close friends, Joann Sanders and John Kettelkamp.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Holst of Vale, SD; her daughters, Jeannine Cormane (Claude) of Glendora and Janice Takagi (Michael Cox) of Tucson; her grandchildren, Frank Cormane (CA), Tyler, Kyle Takagi (AZ) and Alyssa Takagi of London, UK; her siblings, Karen Eddy (Lance) of Fallbrook, CA, Laura Mae DiSanto (Joe) of Calgary, Alberta, Jerry (Janice) of Caputa, Charles "Buz" (Loretta) of Rapid Valley and Allen (Allen Holst) of Caputa; and her son-in-law Michael Takagi.
