She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Williams and Florence Williams; her husband Tony Hepler; and her siblings, Kenneth and Win.
She is survived by: her sister Jillian Collett (Trevor); her siblings-in-law, Lois, Judy, Beverly, Yvonne (Mike), Dennis (Sue) and Charlie; and her friends, Ilene Cooney, Angela Whidden and Sandy Cronn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In 2005, Kathy became a volunteer at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, where she lovingly donated more than 4, 500 hours of service.
