He is survived by: his wife Rachel McCarthy; his children, Andrew and Mackenzie; his siblings, Katie Koster (Derek) and Joe McCarthy (Ashley); and his nieces and nephews, Brielle, Avery, Keegan and Archer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
