He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McCarthy (Mack) and Mary Jean McCarthy; his grandparents, Anne, Mack McCarthy, Pat and Bill Barrows; his uncle Steve Barrows; his cousin Corey McCarthy; his great-aunt Mary Conley (Mimi); and his cousin Barbara Jean VanDitto.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel McCarthy; his children, Andrew and Mackenzie; his siblings, Katie Koster (Derek) and Joe McCarthy (Ashley); and his siblings' children, Brielle, Avery, Keegan and Archer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish (300 N Tanque Verde Loop Rd, Tucson, AZ 85748).
