She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Waters and Bobbie Waters (Foote); her husband Dean Spencer; and her brother Grady Waters. She is survived by: her daughter Rae Dean (Spencer); her son-in-law Stan Towner; her granddaughters, Kalei (Sean Garcia) and Kiana; and her siblings, Virgie McGee (Waters), Lloyd Waters (Teresa), Paul Waters (Carol) and Sterling Waters Swigart (Don). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
