She is survived by: her children, Tom Jacobson (Terri Bailey), Terry Carman (Jay Carman), Mary Neshek (Dave Neshek) and Kirsten Bice; her grandchildren, Jake, Samantha, Tommy Joe, Stephanie, Katie, Shauna and Alex; her great grandchildren, Beau and Sonny; and her brother Paul Joseph PJ Malchiodi (Kathy Malchiodi). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and many dear friends.
