He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Perez and Virginia Perez; his son Martin A. Villa; and his sisters, Sylvia DeMontigny and Virginia Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Perez, Anthony Perez and Dina Perez. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and a great-grandfather who brought joy to 31 great-grandchildren.
