He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie and Annie Lee; and his siblings, William and Diana. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his daughters, Brenda Shintaku (Randy), Darcie Loescher and Beth Nikodem (Mary); his grandchildren, Amy (Matt), Aaron (Samantha), Grace, Corey and Kelsea; his great grandchildren, Elia, Finn, Haven and Wilder; and his pets, Daisy and Dolly. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
