She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso C. Jacobs Sr. and Eliza Yrineo Jacobs; her brothers, Alfonso N. "Ponchito" Jacobs Jr. and Leopoldo "Polo" Jacobs; and her niece Dora Morales.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hermelinda, Isola "Shaggy", Wera Jacobs and Daniel Lee (Charlotte); her sister-in-law Gloria; and her close friend Wanda VanNuck. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
