He is survived by: his former wife Amy Black Martin; his children, Jessica Martin and Jon Martin of Ohio; his mother Betty Martin of Blountville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Freddy Martin (Carol) of Blountville, Teresa A. Martin and Melissa Shelton (Scott) of Kingsport, Tennessee.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers, can be made in David's memory to Pantano Christian Church in Tucson, Arizona or Bristol Emergency Food Pantry, Bristol, Virginia.
