He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Higgins and Inez Higgins; his son Mark Higgins; and his sister Glenna (Gene Friesen). He is survived by: his daughter Deann Osborne (Roger Sack); his brother Duane Higgins (Maude) of Charlotte; his former wife Dalene Peters (Tom) of Tucson AzHas; his granddaughters, Ashley and Courtney; his great grandchild Olivia; and his sibling's children, Mike, Jeff and Mary.
