He was predeceased by: his son Alex Munoz; his granddaughter Savannah; his parents, Alberto Valenzuela and Guadalupe Valenzuela; and his brothers, Frank, Luis, Albert and Jose.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Valenzuela; his children, Bernadette Dulaney (Matthew), Cesar Dabdoub (Lisa), Brian Munoz, Suzette Munoz, Angelino Munoz and Casandra "Chiquita Bonita" Juarez; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Christopher), Dominique (Victor), Shadie (Elijah), Johnny (Adrianna), Mercedes, Alex Jr., Timothy, Frankie, Ruben, Alejandro, Sergio, Rudy, Isabella and Michael; his great grandchildren, Milli, Gabby, Lincoln, Drayce, Kalaya, Anabel, Benjamin, Peter, Penina, Elijah, Sonnie, Cristian, Juanito, Valentina and Novaleigh; and his siblings, Ramona Islas, Margaret Dobson and Tony Valenzuela. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
