She is survived by: her children, Steve Cruz, Mario Cruz, Ralph Cruz and Monica Pena-Gonzalez; and her sister Dora Alvarez. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren; and her many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary (North Chapel) (204 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701). A rosary was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Santa Cruz Church (1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Hope Cemetery (3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
