She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan R. Miller and Mary Louvine Rehlmeyer Miller; her former spouse Dale E. Guyer; and her daughter Susan J. Guyer. She is survived by: her husband Milburn Hornback; her children, Larry D. Guyer (Lynn) of Syracuse, IN, Harold R. Guyer (Becky) and Cynthia Fox Reiff (Randy) of Bloomington, IL.; her grandchildren, Amber Howard, Andrew Guyer, Stephanie Guyer (Jamae), Christopher Guyer, Alex Guyer, Jeremy Fox, Daniel Fox, Kristen and Mason; and her friend Church. She is also survived by three stepdaughters, two stepsons and multiple step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
