She was predeceased by: her former husband Juan Gutierrez; her children, Maryana, John Gutierrez, Henry Gutierrez, Michael Gutierrez and Ronnie Gutierrez; and her sister Maggie.

She is survived by: her husband John Santa Marina; and her daughters, Alice Alegria, Patsy Borquez, Sally Alegria, Stella Gutierrez and Betty Gutierrez. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren.
