He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Muñiz and Carmen Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Burnett (Jerry), Elizabeth Muñiz, Edward Muñiz (Pamela), Vivian Cavanagh (Tim) and Martin Muñiz (Erin).
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sensible Funerals & Cremation (109 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Hope Cemetery (3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
