She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Maria and Alfonsina Paredes; and her sister Oralia Paredes. She is survived by: her significant other Jesus Guzman; her children, Areceli Paredes, Jose Guzman, Bertha Guzman, Johanna Herrera and Jessica Holt; and her brother Eduardo Paredes. She is also survived by her children, sixteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson (2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A Mass will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (602 W Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713). A burial will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southlawn Cemetery (5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706).
