He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Chism and Carrie Chism. He is survived by: his wife Gail L Chism (Tucson); his children, Melaina Chism Fulkerson (Kentucky), Rita Cantrell and Jason Willerup (Lupita) of Tucson; and his grandchildren, Casey De Buysere (Ky), Devin De Buysere (Fl), Isaiah Gonzales (Ky), Bella De Buysere (Ky), Briana Rojel, Bailey George, Cainan George, Mateo Willerup and Reina Willerup of Tucson.
