He is survived by: his mother Ann Whitfield (Reimers) of Phoenix, AZ; his stepmother Pam McNeel of Cowgill, MO; his brother John Jeffrey Whitfield of Phoenix, AZ; and his uncle John Whitfield (Pam Parton) of Gallatin, MO.
