He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frank Ford Loker and Catherine Kenny Loker; his sister Carol Kenny Loker; and his brother-in-law Jay Scott. He is survived by: his friends, Andy and Charlie; his siblings, Karen Stott, Susan Rosen (Barry Rosen), Mary Casey (Brian Casey) and Ford Loker (Michele Loker); Dave Rosenstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
