He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Gale Peer and Cecil David Peer; his wife Linda E. Peer (Martin); his children, Elizabeth Moore, James Peer and Melody Higven; his pet Baby-Monster; and his siblings, Daniel Peer, Suzanne Gentry, Rebecca Wood and David Joe Peer. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 23. 5 great-grandchildren.
