He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wallace and Nancy Wallace; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Meri E. Wallace; his children, Cindy Wallace of Tucson, Arizona, Amber Perez (Jason), Tyler Duncan of Manhattan, Kansas, Claudia Schumacher (Beau) of Mesa, Arizona and Michael Wallace Jr. of Madison; and his sister Nancy Phillips of Ridgecrest, California.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
