She is survived by: her children, Larry Williams, James Williams Sr. and Beatrice (Chico); her children-in-law, Ramona'Mona'Williams and Michael Chico Sr.; her grandchildren, Jessica Williams (Ryan Chaney), James, Williams Jr., Michael Chico Jr. (Lauren Halloway), Mark Chico (Victoria Ochoa), Daniel Chico and Mercedez Chico; and her great grandchildren, Asher Chaney, Michael Chico III, Melodie Chico, Penelope Chico, Sebastien Schlaegel, Benjamin Deltoro, Sophia Deltoro, Nova Chico, Violet Smith and Samuel Chico.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Swan Burial & Cremation (1335 S Swan Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711).
