It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis B. Brown (Tucson, Arizona), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Homer; and her husbands, Glenn and Jim. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill and Shirley. She is also survived by two sons and a daughter as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and step children.
