He was predeceased by: his son Ramon D Moreno Jr.. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Jaala and Jenaya; his daughters, Marie (Richard) and Llane; and his sister Frances Angie (Gilbert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
