Though Renée may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Renée touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Jonathan Gutman. She is survived by: her children, Benjamin (Felice Kelly) and Rachel Light (Jonathan Freiman); her stepgrandchildren, Elijah, Malachi, Ramona, Gabriel and Caleb; and her siblings, Marvin and Deborah Hoffert.
Donations in Renee's memory can be made to her synagogue, Bet Shalom in Tucson, Arizona. or Ezra academy in Woodbridge, Connecticut, where all her grandchildren were/are educated.
