He is survived by: his stepmother Shirley Babick; his wife Ann Babick; his children, Christina New (Cory), Nicky Lawson (Chris), Robert "Rob" Babick and Katarina "Kat" Babick; his grandchildren, Cory New Jr., Callie New, Cheyenne New, Nikolas Lawson, Christian Lawson and Allison "Ally" Lawson; and his siblings, Steve Babick (Peggi), Sean Babick (Traci), Warren Mathers (Mary), Ivan Mathers (Kelley), Jayson Mathers, Leah Boman (Scott), Heather Mitchell (Anthony) and Phylis Mathers.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bring's Broadway Chapel (6910 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710).
