He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Michael (Beth Knowles) and Colleen; his grandson Benjamin; his siblings, Daniel Doyle (Jennifer) and Mary Ellen Busby; and his niece Rebbeca Dyer.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Residence (1400 Brookdale Rd, Naperville, IL 60563). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (24044 E 1600 North Rd, Cooksville, IL 61730).
