He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Sereno (Padula) and Frank Sereno; and his wife Mary Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Mary Rose McCarthy (Patrick), Robert Sereno (Dania) and Brother John Sereno. He is also survived by his family while teaching his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Julian Eymard Church (601 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007).
