She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Arthur Long and Katherine Long; her children, Chris Marslender (Katrina) and Shannon Marslender; her grandchildren, Milo and Ellie Marslender; and her siblings, Brian Long (Barb), Karin Maslana, Kevin Long and Michael Marslender. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Southern Baptist Church (445 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
