It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger E Armstrong formerly of Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister JoAn Forehand. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Maxwell; his children, Gene Armstrong, E. Armstrong and Anne Pagel (Raymond); and his granddaughters, Alexis Pagel and Marisa Pagel.
