We are sad to announce that, on August 16, 2023, at the age of 40, Sam Wylie of Tucson, Arizona passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sam Wylie to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Wylie. He is survived by: his father Douglas Wylie; his sisters, Mary Lu Bushnell (James Bushnell) and Ruth Wylie (William Cleveland); his nephew Noah Bushnell; and his niece Lucy Cleveland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Beacon Group, Special Olympics Arizona – Coronado, or Easterseals Blake Foundation, whose staff took such loving care of Sam for so many years.
