She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Lee Murphy and Verlie Amber Delaney; her husband Jim; her children, Shawn, Catherine and Michael; her siblings, Patricia of La Mesa, CA, Kathleen and John; her extended family, Sullivans, Quigleys, Ryans and Phoenix; and her former husband Bob Haugen.
In lieu of flowers, Sharon requested any bequests in her honor be made to Doctors without Borders, an organization she believed in strongly.
