He is survived by: his sister Rosie Arriaga; his daughters, Melinda Castañeda and Julie Castañeda; his daughter-in-law Sandra Castañeda; his grandchildren, James, Andrew Castañeda and Alicia Dominga Simon; and his great grandchildren, Aleia and Adelynn Castañeda. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
