She was predeceased by: her father Raymundo Bracamonte; and her parents-in-law, Catalina Moreno and Manuel Moreno. She is survived by: her husband Manuel Moreno; her children, Manuel Moreno (Becky), Monique Rivera (Paul) and Javier Moreno; her grandchildren, Angel, Pablo, Gabriel, Araceli, Sophia, Santos, Gabriella and Mychael; her siblings, Ray Bracamonte (Peggy), Richard Bracamonte (Maria), Bobby Bracamonte (Angela), Alfred Bracamonte (Terry), George Bracamonte and Mary Leyva (Luigi); Elisa Dueñas Bracamonte. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.

We are asking in lieu of flowers, please donate to Tucson Medical Center Foundation, Sylvia Moreno Scholarship to help support other young adults wanting to become a nurse.
