He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Ortiz and Guadalupe Perez; his wife Jaqueline Ortiz; and his brother Carlos Ortiz (family: Maribel Ortiz, Daisy Ortiz, Erika Perez, Lucy Perez, Eddie Perez). He is also survived by his 8 nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary (South Chapel) (204 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
