He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, Greg Spivey (Nancy) and Thomas Fredrich (Joanna); and his siblings, Jeannie Tucker (Sonny), Jerry Spivey (Judy), Shirley Cossey (John) and Wayne Spivey (Dondi). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 stepsons.
