He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Deegan; and his parents, John Deegan and Margaret Pignataro Deegan. He is survived by: his wife Patti G. Deegan; his granddaughter Kira Hermes; his son-in-law Dr. Taylor Hermes; and his siblings, Dr. John Deegan Jr. and Margaret King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins.
