She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Rose Loughran. She is survived by: her children, Noah Smith (Valeria), Rachel Smith (Jason), Anthony Brown and David Brown (Lori); her grandchildren, Arjay and Thalia; her siblings, Claire Morgan (Larry), Alexandra Santos (James), Stephanie Loughran, Christian Loughran, Jr. and Paul Loughran (Marita); and also Christian Loughran, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In respect to honoring Vanessa's family during uncertain times, a memorial fund named the "Vanessa Loughran Memorial Fund" has been established.
