He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita; and his parents, Leo Liston Roy and Rosala Elizabeth Scales. He is survived by: his children, Edward Lee Roy and Melinda Marie Bracamonte; his grandchildren, Eddie (Angelique), Christine, Michael, Chris (Vanessa), Dena (Jonathan) and Robert; and his siblings, Garlen, Golden, Berlon "Dee", Ansel, Gertrude, Evona, Grace and Susanna. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
