She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile G. Cottave and Amelia Marguerite Rafette Cottave; her sister Cecile Janet Cee Cee (Cee Cee); and her aunt Louise R. Hughes (Albert Ross Wagner). She is survived by: her stepson Barry Wagner; her daughter-in-law Jill Wagner; and her stepdaughter Susan Blazak.
Her leadership skills shone brightly during her tenure as President of the Carmel Pointe Homeowners Association, where she made many lasting contributions to the community.
