He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Alice Manka (Roberts) and Ralph Herbert Manka; his brothers, Gene (Geri) and Kenneth Manka (Pat); his sister-in-law Jerry Manka (Emmack); and his stepdaughter Torrey Lynn Carls.
He is survived by: his former wife Martha Garfield; his daughters, Julie Lynn and Torrey Lynn Amundson; his wife Carolyn Amundson (Hoffman); his children, Tina Fullmer (Mark Patrick) of Kellyville, OK and Mark Manka of Cushing, OK; his stepdaughter Julie Mass (Todd) of Edmonds, WA; his brother Larry Manka of Tucson, AZ; his son-in-law Scott Carls of Seattle, WA; and his sister-in-law Joelyn Gosse (Jon) of New Buffalo, MI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
