He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his daughter Annette Miklofsky (Alan); his grandchildren, Michael (Ariel), David and Karen; and his great grandchildren, Emelia, Callie and Mayley.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions are encouraged to the Tucson Holocaust Museum or Congregation Anshei Israel.
