He was predeceased by: his parents, William Finley Layne and Helen Josephine Layne. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Layne; his sister Joyce Galyon; his daughters, Sheri Sotelo (Anthony) and Cynthia Bogle (Warner); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Troy, Vanessa, Nicole, Danielle, Scott and Kris. He is also survived by his loving family, friends.
In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to Christ Presbyterian Church or Peppi's House.
