She is survived by: her boyfriend Gregory Cook; her sister Brenda Sheets (Douglas) of Clearwater, FL; her brother-in-law Jay Weida of Lafayette, IN; and her close friend Marie Giles (Jim) of Pearce, AZ.. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and nephews.
