It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Elizabeth Condie Hahn (Vernon, Arizona), who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent DeEsta Porter Condie; her brother Porter; and her pets, Artemis and Ozzie. She is survived by: her father Rex Condie; her husband Paul Hahn of Vernon; her stepmother Cecily Condie; her siblings, Doug (Yumi), North, Suzanne Lambert (Charlie) of Abu Dhabi, UAE, Mike (Julie) and Brian (Brett); and her siblings' children, Brycen, Brynlee, Brianna Condie, Asa, Asher Lambert, John (Taylor), William Condie, Audrey, Christopher and Matthew Seal.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Vernon Chapel Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1570 3140, Vernon, AZ 85940). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Katie would probably also encourage everyone to donate blood in her memory.
